Build Your Own H5P Activity Series

Facilitator : Danielle Nicholson
Location : Online
Date / Time : Thu, October 31, 2024, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Description : H5P activities are a great way to add fun, low-stakes interactive elements to your course, such as presentations, interactive videos, quizzes, games, and more. In this hands-on sandbox workshop, we'll be exploring how to build a specific H5P activity. Whether you're teaching in person or online, your students will greatly appreciate the opportunity to practice their skills and check their understanding of your course content using H5P. We'll do a brief demonstration tutorial, and then you'll build your very own H5P activity you can use in your course! If you have any questions, you can reach out to idteam@oakland.edu. The Zoom link can be found in our e-LIS Workshop eSpace: https://espace.oakland.edu/course/view.php?id=1573
Session Comments : In this hands-on sandbox workshop, we'll be exploring how to build an H5P Branching Scenario, which allows you to create a choose-your-own-adventure activity where students answer questions, make choices, and explore different outcomes and pathways.
