Description : This session, facilitated by YuJa trainers, will introduce new users to YuJa Verity for Test Proctoring. It will cover the ways that faculty can use YuJa Verity for Test Proctoring to proctor their Moodle quizzes. Topics include how to access and install the YuJa Verity browser extension, how to add YuJa Verity to a Moodle quiz, how to use automatic proctoring, how to review your students' results, and how to use the instructor as live proctor feature.

Digital Accessibility and Title II Compliance


Description : A 2024 update to the regulations for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clarifies the scope and timeline for digital accessibility compliance at public universities. These new federal regulations established a compliance deadline of April 2026. This update requires that faculty and staff ensure accurate and fully accessible materials in Moodle and eSpace. This workshop will demonstrate the necessary steps to make your materials compliant. The workshop will also feature our eSpace: Digital Accessibility - Title II Compliance, which guides participants through the steps of establishing a compliant Moodle course page, documents, and multimedia.
