If you have forgotten your password to the Nursing Evaluation System, please type in your username below and then click on SUBMIT. In most cases your username is your OU e-mail name minus the @oakland.edu suffix. If you don't have an OU email name or don't know your username, please contact the nursing evaluations administrator.
The system will then send an email to that address with a link in it that you can use to reset your password. Note that the email may take several minutes to arrive.
