- The system you are having issues with (Moodle, espace, etc.)
- Your course (ex: 12443 in Fall 2016, ENG 100)
- Your classification (student, faculty, etc.)
- Your computer/browser type (Windows, Mac, Chrome, Firefox, etc)
- Describe the problem as completely as possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we'll be able to resolve your problem.
